BBQ Prawns


Ingredients

2 tablespoons Sue Bee Honey
1 kg large green prawns
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup dry white wine
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except prawns in a bowl.
  2. Add prawns, cover and marinate for about 3 hours in fridge.
  3. Place prawns on BBQ medium - high for 2 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with toothpicks.
  5. Alternatives -
  6. Bacon wrapped around prawns.
  7. More chilli sauce for some heat.
  8. Fresh herbs.
  9. The adaptations are endless (and delicious).
